PROFICUT RR FOR PRECISE CUTTING OF SHEET MATERIALS
PROFICUT RR is a stationary flatbed cutting plotter manufactured by SKY TECH. Its modular frame simplifies delivery and installation in workshops with restricted access. Available working areas are 1400×1200 and 1400×2300 mm, with one or two tangential tools and travel speed up to 30 m/min. We select the configuration after testing the material and confirming the required operations.
Modular frame for installation in an existing workshop
The machine can be delivered in sections and assembled on site. This suits facilities with narrow doorways or limited access to the production area.
After assembly, the working area retains its specified geometry.
Consistent cutting of series-produced parts
The aluminium table and adjustable hold-down keep the sheet in the working area. Cutting parameters are saved for the material, tool and edge-quality requirements.
This reduces displacement, rejects and manual trimming.
Up to two tools on the carriage
The plotter can be equipped with one or two tangential tools for through-cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing or marking. The available operations depend on the selected configuration.
